Full-colour graphics and vinyl lettering for lorries, artics and HGVs across Northampton. We handle everything from simple cab door text to full trailer wraps, turning your fleet into moving billboards on the road network.
Lorries and HGVs cover serious mileage, which makes them some of the most valuable advertising space a business owns. Whether you run a single rigid or a mixed fleet of artics, professionally applied graphics ensure your brand is visible and consistent every mile of the journey.
The work starts with a site visit or vehicle measurement so we can produce artwork that fits your exact bodywork - cab curves, trailer panels, wheel arch cut-outs and all. We print onto heavy-duty cast vinyl rated for exterior use, which handles motorway grit, pressure washing and temperature variation far better than economy calendered film. Application is done in our Northampton workshop, where we can control temperature and dust, both of which affect how well vinyl bonds to a large panel.
A professional fit matters more on HGVs than on any other vehicle. A poorly applied graphic on a 13.6-metre trailer curtain can bubble, lift at the edges and peel within months, leaving your brand looking neglected. Correct surface prep, the right primer on painted aluminium or GRP, and heat-formed edges around rivets all add years to the life of the wrap.
Once we have your measurements and approved artwork, most single-vehicle HGV graphics jobs are completed within three to five working days. Full trailer side wraps take longer due to panel size, but we keep you updated at each stage. We also offer a fleet discount for operators running multiple vehicles.
